Refund Policy

Digital products

Our products are digital files delivered immediately, so as a rule all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, for buying the wrong item, or because a file was not what you assumed. Please read the product page before you buy, and email us first if anything is unclear.

When we do refund

If a file is corrupted, will not download, is missing from what the product page promised, or is materially not as described, tell us within 30 days and we will repair it, replace it, or refund you in full — your choice. If you were charged twice, or charged after cancelling, we refund that immediately. We would always rather fix the file than keep money for something that did not work.

EU and UK customers

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. Because our products are delivered instantly, at checkout you expressly ask us to begin supplying the content immediately and you acknowledge that you thereby lose that 14-day right of withdrawal once the download starts. Until the download starts, you keep it in full. This does not affect your separate legal rights if the product is faulty or not as described.

Memberships

Cancel any time and you keep access to the end of the period you paid for; we do not pro-rate part-months. If you cancel within 14 days of your very first payment and have not downloaded any members-only file, we will refund that first payment in full.

How to ask

Email support@mockwrenstudio.com with your order reference and what went wrong. We answer within two business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
