These Terms are an agreement between you and Mockwren, operated by Luis Ayala, Mission, Texas, United States ("we", "us"). They cover this website, the shop, the blog, the community forum and every product we sell. By using the site or buying a product you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
You must be at least 16 years old to hold an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done through your account. Give us accurate information and keep your email current so we can reach you. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, and you may close your account at any time by emailing support@mockwrenstudio.com.
Digital products are licensed to you, not sold. Unless a product page grants something broader in writing, your licence is worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable and perpetual, and it lets you use the product for your own personal or business purposes, including in listings and marketing for goods you sell. It does not let you resell, redistribute, sublicense, give away, or share the files themselves, put them into a competing product, or upload them to any file-sharing or AI-training service. The full terms are on the Licence page and form part of this agreement.
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time; the price shown when you buy is the price you pay. Payments are handled by our payment processor, not by us — we never see or store your full card number. Sales tax and VAT are added where the law requires, and where a marketplace or platform acts as marketplace facilitator it collects and remits that tax on our behalf.
Where a paid membership tier is offered, it renews automatically for the period you chose until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We will give you at least 14 days' notice by email before any price increase.
The forum and comments are yours to use, within the Community Guidelines. You keep ownership of what you post; you give us a licence to display, store and moderate it on the site. We may edit, hide or remove content and suspend accounts to enforce the Guidelines or the law. We do not pre-screen posts, and content posted by members is theirs, not ours.
Do not use the site to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, harass anyone, send spam, scrape the site, probe or attack our systems, or misrepresent who you are. Do not resell or systematically copy our content.
Our products and community are educational. We make no promise about income, sales, savings or any other outcome. See the Disclaimer for the full statement.
To the fullest extent the law allows, the site and the products are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law permits.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
We may update these Terms. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date below shows when it last changed. If a change is material we will say so on the site or by email. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts located in Texas have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, or your right to bring a claim there.
