If we have infringed your copyright

We take copyright seriously. If you own a work and believe something on this site infringes it, send a notice to the agent below and we will act promptly, normally within two business days.

What your notice must contain

Your physical or electronic signature. Identification of the work you say is infringed. The URL or a description precise enough for us to find the material. Your address, telephone number and email. A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address including your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if you are outside the United States, the Southern District of Texas).

Repeat infringers

We terminate the accounts of members who repeatedly infringe copyright.
