Mockwren's forum is for people who sell online — makers, resellers, and anyone building a small digital business. You do not need to buy anything to take part.
1. No spam or drive-by advertising. Linking your own shop inside a genuine answer is welcome. Posting only to drop a link is not.
2. Be decent. Disagree with the idea, not the person. Insults, pile-ons and personal attacks are removed.
3. Do not share or resell paid material. Not ours, not anyone else's. This includes posting files you purchased, whole or in part, and includes uploading them anywhere that redistributes them.
4. No income claims. Do not tell other people what they will earn. Describe what happened to you and let them draw their own conclusions.
5. One account, honestly held. Do not impersonate anyone, and do not create a second account to evade a suspension.
6. Stay roughly on topic. Occasional tangents are fine; a board full of them is not.
Minor first offences are usually handled by editing or removing the post, with a note explaining why. Repeated breaches, or serious ones — spam, abuse, redistributing paid files, payment fraud, ban evasion — result in the account being suspended.
A suspension may be temporary or permanent depending on what happened. You will always be shown the reason and, where it is time-limited, the date it lifts.
To keep the forum usable we also block signups from known temporary-email services, and we may block a network address associated with abuse. These are blunt tools and occasionally catch the wrong person. If that happens to you, say so and it will be corrected.
If your account or address is blocked you can still reach support@mockwrenstudio.com and the contact page. Tell us what happened. If we got it wrong we will lift it — mistakes here are ours to fix, not yours to live with.
Moderation on this site is done by Luis Ayala and any moderators he has personally asked. There is no automated content scoring and no third-party moderation service reading your posts.
